Depends what your other options are. Who is your current QB, and do you have other WR's to play in his place?

I know on the fantasy squads that I have Williams on, I'd keep him.

On a great day, Williams catches 2 TDs. That's what Penny seemingly throws on average. Williams value is at a high right now, he's still an unproven rookie. Is he gonna be a great WR, I think so. Will he be worth more than Penny the rest of THIS year, I seriously doubt it. IF you need QB help, I'd pull the trigger. If you are set at QB, keep Williams.

Another thing to consider is this is Williams' bye week. So it seems he wants to get him at a time when you don't have a need for him. Which could indicate he wants him badly, maybe up the ante to fill a spot you need more than QB.

Sounds weird but it has worked out like that for me in the past.

I would do this. Roy williams is having a great year but you have to factor in that roy is a rookie and he might not stay consistant. penny is a sure play every week in my opinion

Didn't Roy W just sprain his ankle or something?
