O.R.Y.---Cedric Benson--Now that A-Train is gone he will be the premier back on a team on the rise. Williams--will split time with Pittman and Brown will be on a sorry Dolphins squad.

D.R.Y.---Shawn "Lights Out" Merriman--He will become a tenacious player on an already stout defensive front seven. His season will be very similar to the season Vilma had with the Jets last year.

He will split time for a while with Thomas Jones.

As for my picks:

O.R.Y. will be Cadillac Williams simply because he will have the best overall team behind him. He won't be asked to carry the team like Brown or Benson will.

D.R.Y. will be either Shawne Merriman, DeMarcus Ware, or Pac Man Jones.

offensive rookie of the year: cadillac...he fits perfectly with tampa's offensive game plan...run inside and outside, 20 carries..3-4 catches. ronnie brown will b shouldering the load for the dolphins offense. and cedric benson will do well but not as well. only cadillac fits in with their team's gameplan. ronnie brown split time with cadillac he never carried the ball 30-32 times in a game like how he will b asked to..along with that catch like another 3-4 balls out the backfield. cedric benson will b asked to get the ball 25-30 times...he will also b used to catch the ball like how they used thomas jones but thats benson's weekness.

defensive rookie of the year...a middle linebacker. odell thurman from georgia, drafted by cincinatti bengals...he will most likely play middle linebacker while nate webster gets either moved to the sam or will. the other player i consider would b carlos rogers..he already goes into an amazing defense, so his job will b very easy..obviously he will b groomed for the number one corner...so i think that u will c rogers more then u'll c springs about 1/2 to 3/4 part of the year.
