New to this forum, and I keep seeing references to a Fantasy Football league for this site.

A couple of questions.

1: How can you have a Fantasy Football League of all Chargers Fans, choosing all Chargers players? :Bolt: :p :Bolt: (jk)

2: How is the draft done, active like real life, or everyone submits their list of players and they get the top one if still available when their pick comes?

3: How many teams are allowed? Will there be multiple leagues if too many teams?

4: What is the scoring system like? (I had one last season that blew. Sacks made as many poiints for a defense as Fumble Recoveries and Interceptions. ALso, Yards allowed wasn't a scoring factor, and Points allowed was way too generous. Still got pointgs if your defense allowed 25 points! )

5: Will there de defensive players poicked, or just a teams defense. (What we played last year.)

6: Finally, What do I have to do to get in on this?

-You can have all charger players. that would be impossble.

2: How is the draft done, active like real life, or everyone submits their list of players and they get the top one if still available when their pick comes?
-The draft can be done live online or in real life.

3: How many teams are allowed? Will there be multiple leagues if too many teams?

-you can have as many teams as you want, but its best to have a maximum of 16 teams.

I will be starting a league as soon as Yahoo opens it up for the season. I will post it as soon as I get it up. If you get the first pick you can select any Charger that you want. I would go for a kicker if I were you.;)

This basically answered my question. There is no Official Chargers Forum Fantasy Football League, and thus the rest of my questions were irrelevent. :(

Now CoronaDoug, what will your league scoring system be? I am going to be VERY picky this season, in whichever league I play in, because last year I got burnt bad in a league that gave equal points for Defensive Sacks as it did Defensive Fumble Recoveries and Interceptions.

Also, Punters did not give a team ANY points, even though pinning the opponent within their 10 yard line consistently has been shown to have a tremendous effect on the outcome of a game.

Many people will start up Yahoo! leagues and ask for people to join. Just keep your eyes on this section of the forum and you'll be set.

As for a forum wide type contest there was the Chargers Home Team Challenge (http://forums.chargers.com/showthread.php?t=14298) last year. I'm sure they'll do it again this year. I won a week last year and got some cool stuff.
