Let's you know how bored I get during the off season to admit that I even notice women's softball, but I did. Got hooked on this thing last week when I noticed that Michigan was in it. I root for all things Wolverine!

Watched 'em play two against Tennessee to get into the finals...saw 'em get whipped Monday by UCLA in the first of a best of three...saw 'em come back from 2 down in the fifth to beat the Bruins yesterday and saw a Michigan freshman hit a 3 run blast in extra innings to win it all tonight! And was jumping up and down yelling!

I guess UCLA is some kind of women's softball powerhouse and had won the last 2 national championships in a row. Also heard it was the first time in the history of the finals history that a team from east of the Mississippi had even BEEN in the finals, much less win it.

Props to my home girls!

meh...as long as Texas, UCLA, or Oklahoma doesn't win, it's all good. But...GO TROJANS AND AZTECS! In all college sports.
