View Full Version : Oof, Gatorade unknowingly burns Mannings.
There's a new Gatorade commercial entitled "Storybook" can't find the link anywhere, but it chronicle all the unlikely happenings in sports. I first saw it after the Colts game, on NFL Primetime. Parts of it say: The beaten are supposed to rise up and it shows disabled athletes winning races... pretty nice commercial up until that point... then.
"They say lighting isn't supposed to strike twice."
Shows a photo of Peyton, the flips the page to show a picture of Eli.
Obviously the commercial was made way before our win, but wow, that is quite a reference to our two wins. :Beer:

Really cool and dramatic commercial about high profile athletes
The show a picture of Peyton Manning first and then a picture of Eli is shown.. meanwhile the narrator for the commercial captions the pictures with
"lightening is not supposed to strike twice"
heh, the irony.

lol.. I like it too... the funny part was it is supposed to be a tribute to them but ended up being a inside joke for us
