Anybody see the Patriots - Dolphins game today? This guy's still fun to watch
He split the uprights. I was floored. I had to replay that one a few times.

I saw it and couldn't figure out what I was seeing for a second. Then I realized that Doug Flutie drop kicked it through. According to the announcers that hadn't been done in the NFL since 1941.

A cool moment for a great guy. I for one hope he stays around one more year, but if this is it, the guy showed us what real heart is and what a real love for the game is. No matter what was in front of him, the guy never gave up. A true class act!!!!!

Flutie would do something like that. He is alot of fun to watch. If anyone asked me who scored his only points off of a drop kick, and he's not even a kicker, I would probably guess Flutie. I remember him practicing field goals before a game last year.

What was really great was the way the whole team got a kick out of it.

You honestly can never take anything away from Flutie. He is the type of guy that more people int he NFL need to be like. He always goes out and has a good time. Not to mention the fact that I have never heard him ever complain about anything that would help his team out. This guy is a top notch class act and hopefully he gets the recognization for that.
