No its not his page. I'm sure he (and by he I mean pathetic fanboys) has 20. Drew (and by Drew I mean pathetic fan boys) has like and 8 and Ryan Leaf has like 10. It's all internet bullcrap.

I hate MySpace and its horrid cultural impact on this and older generations, but from what I can gather from its intent it is neither a journalistic publication or holds any guarantee toward providing the truth. As for suing the proprieter of the page, it is free discussion on an open forum on his part and unless his discussions affect commerce*, they are protected under the 1st ammendment.
Section 18* - The commerce clause of the constitution (Ammendment 1: Section 18) overrides the provisions of the first ammendment if the United States econemey is affected by the freedoms allowed in the original doctorine.
P.S. I'm not obsesive, I did Moot Court back in High School and one of our cases was about slander. We came in 14th out of 163. :Beer:

That happens, then wouldn't we go like 2-14 or something, then we go and grab a 6-4 guy from a grade A school like Norte Dame, Mr. Brady Quinn!! I just believe all these players strait out of college get paid way way too much, look at what happen when peyton came out high money, Eli higher money, Rivers more money, Alex smith More money, now watch Matt and Vince young will get the most over all, alex smith made it the most rookie to be sign last year, trust me Matt and Vince Young will get paid way more than mr. smith!!! I beliee you need to prove yourself first! the NFL should put in a base salary for players, like a maxium ammount. Like a 2-3 year deal, b/c the % of players getting high paid end up going flat and not producing is so low, all those players showing up are in 2-4 rounds! Then everyones cap is going going gone! half of them only play half the games anyway unless they win a starting job!
