Yea, that's not an arm. If you look close it is a very large forearm and hand.

OK, I see the large forearm and what not, but I'm still not getting the stick thing!
This is like one of those 3D pix (which I get) I keep looking but it doesn't make any sense.

My wife says it's the arm of an anorexic (sp) burn victim, "do the Chargers have any anorexic burn victims on the team"? she asked me.

It looks like somebodys arm and fingers. If you look at the big forearm and hand (which, if you look closely, is TWO arms) it has some blue and yellow rubber(?) bracletes on it. That is a finger touching it. The shriveled part is actually dudes hand on different arm. Optical illusion. He was too far back to get in a good position for the "ALL FOR ONE AND ONE FOR ALL"! cheer.
