Hi, everyone! Cardinals Jeff Suppan opposes the Met's Oliver Perez in Game Seven of the National League Championship Series. Winner plays a rested Tigers team stating Saturday Night at Coamerica park in Detroit. First pitch is at 5:20pm Pacific time from Shea Stadium in Flushing Meadows, New York.

endy chavez just robbed a 2 run hr by rolen, in one of the best defensive plays i've seen in my life

It was an extreme snowcone as well, he also jumped like 5 feet before the fence and got his glove nearly 3 feet over the wall. That was a great catch, not many better Ive ever seen.....

beltran showed a total lack of aggressiveness at the plate in that final AB, too bad.
oh well , about that time for the cards to get swept again in the WS

Life long Mets fan here, and Valentine just embarassed himself. I dont think Beltran lacked aggression I think he was tryin to stay calm. We had way to many opportunities to score. Injure proned Cliff Pink Floyd and Valentine couldnt capitalize. Once we get rid of floyd we will have a better offense. And hey we did good after losing our two playoff aces Pedro and El Duque. Im still proud cuz I know it could have been worse after losing those guys. Now instead of 99% attention to the Chargers, its a 100% Football baby
And yeah Tigers sweep the Cards by the biggest scoring defecit in history :)
