Cool, now that's what I wanna hear! It's good to know that Dean's not sitting around twiddling his thumbs and actually getting things done :) Let's hope this shuts up all those naysayers who bash him & our FO. I really hope the OS deal works out. Till then, I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Some of those commenters make me want to punch a wall. Especially the ones about parking space in conjuction with stadium capacity, traffic, and "giving up too much land."
