The above lawsuit verses Vick isn't his 1st lawsuit, click below and there will be a link to a 57 page pdf file that lists (names as defendants) just about anyone famous you've ever heard of - living, dead, some companies etc:

one of the complaints listed in his "lawsuit":
"Michael Vick violated my copyright laws by using my copyright name on his personal football outfit and casual clothing without paying me for use. This consipiracy started Jan 10th 2001, until the day this suit was written. Mr. Vick uses my name to sell t-shirts, Jonathon Lee Riches mugs, Mr. Riches hats".
One of the last things mentioned before he signs his name is "Mr. Vick has to stop physically hurting my feelings and dashing my hopes"
:D .............. :D .............. :D

Where have you been??? :D
Vicks obviously a high profile multi-millionaire, whose made a FORTUNE via endorsements (in additon to his football contract), why would he need to be selling some no-name regular guy "Jonathon Lee Riches" mugs, t-shirts etc. when he's already got his own high profile name on Nike shoes and everything else that's sold with the Vick name on it. To me, that's what makes it so funny :) ...... for a humorous moment he turned the tables

I for one believe Mr. Riches and wish him luck against the treacherous Michael Vick. I condemn Mr. Vick's allegiance with Al-Queda and the unathorized use of Microwave radiation in human experimentation. I am also of the belief that Mr. Vick has also treacherously held back Devo from releasing a new album.
Please note, all of the above is humor and not to be taken seriously, you can remove the gun from my head now Mr. Vick.
