Have Rivers and Chambers do xtra practice together and get some routes where they can do the timing and pass and catch blindfolded.
Have Lofton drill VJ on basics till he's quoting chapter and verse in his sleep.
Give the freakin O-line their plays. Challenge them to do the things they say they want. Then find a damn rythm.

Ted-
Challenge them every week to find the next level.
Be aggressive.
Coach fire and fundamentals. Tackling and responsibility.

Both- Help them to practice sharp and play sharp. You have a lot of great guys who deserve to enjoy their time together.

2. Bench Dratyon "flag on the play" Florance and start Cro...
3. Do something about that oline...
4. Tell rivers step up or sit down... Im not a volek fan but he screwed up to many times in the game against the colts. We dont have the time to deal with this softmore slump.
5. Look at tape of last year so you can see how LT is suposed to be used.
6. stop being so dang predictable.
7. If norv is the offensive genious... show it.
8. Make some adjustments at half time, not just the ones that cause us to lose leads.
9. With this tallent it is super bowl or nothing. That is what they are going to be judged on after this crappy start to the season.

I would try not to tell them how much i hate them... or about that an anonomus fan set up to hire a professional hitman.

Edit: I forgot to say i would ask them why the heck we are at trophys instead of a good restruant.

And when the time came for the bill i would ask if they would pay... they would say umm hmm like they did the entire time cleary not listgening at which point i would walk off and laugh as they gave the same blank look to the waiter bringing the bill as they do when we lose a game
