I kinda feel like crying for him. Obviously this video was put up to ridicule him, but I really feel for the guy. It's a tough thing to deal with. Communication is probably the most important thing we do on a day to day basis.

Yeah I imagine it's very frustrating for the guy to know what he wants to say but have a hard time getting it out. I hate when people make fun of people like that, it's not funny. This guy I'm sure is a nice kid who works hard and deserves respect and I admire the fact that he doesn't let something like this hold him back (not trying to over dramatize it though lol) I'm also glad he's gotten some returns for scores now so people on this site will stop asking for him to be replaced as the return guy, if you notice now nobody wants to kick to him which means he has the other teams respect. I think he's solidified his place on this roster for at least another season or two (at least I think he has)
