There wasn't a blackout as in a power outage, it has to do with an NFL rule requiring a game be sold out to be available on local TV in that market.

My understanding is there was no blackout to begin with? We avoided the possibility, but doesn't a blackout have to be "declared" in order for it to be "lifted"?

I know its semantics, but I think there is a difference between overriding a blackout and never having one in the first place.
