This was posted in the TSN.ca forums after the game. Just curious if anyone has a follow-up on this or any ideas what he's talking about.
"If anybody has a chance to see what Roosevelt Calvin did on his way to the locker room, classless...no wonder everybody hates the Patriots."
He didnt make any other post or reference to what he was talking about, anyone catch this?

Either way, Colvin didn't add anything to help the Pats win and has no room to say anything other than he's riding Brady's jock to another ring.

I don't know.
Did Colvin even play today? I don't remember seeing him out there.
I need to actually read/see what he did, if anything.

Nope - he was out. Injured. Didn't play a single down. Street clothes.

last season, after the Pats won, he said something about "there's a power outage, the lights are OUT" which of course is Merriman's catchphrase, and it is classless to step on another football player's catchphrase, because catchphrases and dances and pro bowl appearances are what football is all about....Bronco Nagurski once said "23 skiddoo" and then danced the Charleston on a flagpole, of course both being Otto Graham's trademarks, and there has been bad blood ever since. It doesn't matter if your team wins important games, as long as you protect your trademarks. That's football.

What about Gaffney doing his Merriman dance after scoring that TD?

That's getting so old now. Every team we play someone does this after they make a good play it seems.

In all fairness, Merriman was asking for that when he made fun of Gaffeny earlier in the week.

Well, no. That's Charger's football, dancing, taunting, posturing, selfish publicity seeking, getting face time on TV, and getting garbage stories out in the media.
That isn't Patriots football. Sure, the Patriots will celebrate for a bit after the game is won, and they will sometimes parody the junk the immature punk teams do after the game is won, but the day after the game, for the Patriots it is all about getting ready for the next game.
Which is why they are getting ready for the next game just now. It's a matter of what is really important. For the Patriots it's about team, not selfish stars or fragile egos.

Your guys dance around just as much as any other team. Seau did the same dance yesterday after his tackle on Turner that he did as a Charger. You guys try to play the "humble pie" card, but it is all BS. Look at the stuff Hobb's has pulled this year. Wiping his ass on another teams logo on national TV? Please, we all know what's up.
