He is listed as just over 300 pounds. How is he getting it done in a league where nose tackles average weight exceeds 320?
Jeremiah Ratliff was DE for his 1st 3 years(he was IR 1/2 way into his rookie year), and moved to NT when Ferguson(at 295) tore a biceps in 2007 game 1 against the Giants. Ratliff has quick feet and strength, and so does his backup.
Ferguson, Ratliff, and Tank are 3 who've played NT at ~300 pounds, and that's why I ask if Jamal, a better athlete than those 3, could play at ~318, or even at 298.
