Your artwork looks good but the theme is dated.

While the original "Charger" theme was based on horses used in war, the Klein and Spanos ownership groups have effectively phased that out.

The modern "Chargers" are associated with "electricity". You don't see any references to horses on any of the logos for the past 20+ years.

I was playing around with Lightning effects, I was trying to make a Tesla Coil look:
