USA vs. Mexico in Columbus.....
can't wait, it's going to be the usual high drama of a game....
USA *should* beat them, but in a rivalry as intense as this, never, ever take the other team for granted....
2-1 red, white, and blue.....

I'm with you. It's gonna be a great game.
That being said, you should hunker down and prepare to get flamed for bringing up soccer. :D

soccer rules. I still don't get why it hasn't caught on as much at a league level as it is at an international level....

2-0 USA.....
of course, el tri starts to get a little chippy when they know they couldn't get past the U.S. defense....
what i thought was awesome, is that for the first time that I can remember, and I am no soccer expert, but the U.S. really looked fluid....they really looked like they were confident...in the past, it just seems that when the ball came deep, they were just kicking it to get it away from their net, but last night, they had precision passing, and they knew where there team mate was going to be to pass, and knew where the pass was going to be to get there and receive it....they didn't get caught up in the nastiness, and stayed away from any retaliation after that red card....
all in all, an excellent match, maybe one of the best i have seen them play.....
and it's always nice to see them beat el tri....again

It was a good game to watch. USA's defense looked incredible!

Mexico managed to screw themselves over once again... Oswaldo Sanchez (goalkeeper) is terrible these days. That dude should be kicked out.
It's good to see at least one team took advantage of all the stupid mistakes.

El Tri has not been able to beat the US team at their home field for a while.

El Tri has not been able to beat its own shadow at home since 2007... :(

I agree. They are finally playing like they have a sense of identity about them.
