My left 2nd finger (next to little finger) does the second most amount of typing. My right hand 4th finger (next to thumb) does the most. My left hand thumb will shift and spacebar when required. When I don’t have a cigarette in my hand, my left 4th finger will take over for my left 2nd finger.
