Can you please not refer to them as "the City of Industry Chargers" they will be known as the Los Angeles Chargers. Dodger Stadium isn't in Downtown LA and no one calls them the Chavez Ravine Dodgers, stop trying to belittle this new LA stadium.

Chavez Ravine Dodgers. Thats pretty funny actually.

I think to spite the city of Walnut, if the Chargers move here they should be called the Walnut Chargers.

Seriously, a well written piece. I keep saying as long as someone moves into it, the Industry Stadium is a done deal. Walnut's legal council concedes they couldn't stop the stadium only slow it. Why they want to pay lawyers outside the city a few million to fight a battle it can't win, makes me feel bad for the Walnut resident, but oh well they voted for their council.

Realistically, San Diego deserves a modern facility as much as the LA/OC area does. It would particularly suck for the Aztecs if the Chargers left town, as the Q isn't worth taxpayer supporting for the Aztecs (at least with the way they are playing now).
