I was at that press conference. He took a picture showing the front first, then when he turned it around, he said something smart @ss like, "Ok! here we go!" and everyone started laughing. Too funny.
I told someone the only thing more awkward would have been if the deal had been held two weeks earlier. Then Norv would have gotten up there with LT's jersey right behind McDaniels. Thankfully everything was worked out by then!
