Defense
No rushing touchdowns
No passing touchdowns (or bench anyone that gives one up)
Only the Chargers get turnovers or the season is a failure
Beating teams isnt enough, we need to win every week by 40
feel free to add on
Or how about just winning games and making it to the playoffs at this point.

My goal for the Chargers is to get into the playoffs any way they can. That's it.

Down deep, the average Charger fan is not happy unless all 11 starters on defense are in the top 11 in the NFL for sacks tackles and picks.

I am sorry but being in a game this close against the Raiders at home is just pathetic. Not to mention the awful 3-3 start. This team is gutless and alot of it stems from the coach. Like I said, get someone like Gruden or Cowher in there to kick some a**

The game really wasn't all that close.
And division games always have the potential to be tough.
Be happy that we have a winning record.
By week 3 everybody was screaming for Singletary and Rex Ryan, well they both have losing records right now.

Norv has the 2nd most playoff wins as a HC in the 50 year history of the Chargers...in 2 years as HC.
