I would assume they are on because they are playing the Ravens anyway. Baltimore was good last year so it probably was a showcase game for them, why do we get primetime games against the raiders? they've been awful for years but they were playing us.

Ah, I only look at the Monday night games anymore as a way to get free food a the halftime buffet, at a local bar. Sunday night games have become more popular over the last several years.

Every since ESPN took over MNF, it's had a good deal of sucky match-ups. SNF is where it's at.

I agree though sunday night football is just put together better and has a better feel than monday night does. I do have to say MNF is better since they got rid of Thiesman and Kornheiser (don't know if I spelled them right) I'm not a big fan of Jaws though, he seems to be a bit of a know it all but he's better than either of the guys they replaced and I actually think Gruden does a pretty good job over all so MNF has improved IMO from when it started with ESPN but still SNF is a much better production.

I liked the MNF crew at first, but now their happiness is starting to annoy me, and what's with using every team's full name with every single reference?

I really don't understand this and quite frankly it pisses me right off. I love to sit down and relax on a monday night and watch a good matchup but I don't know if I'm even going to watch this game. Seriously ***?
as has been discussed for the past couple years

monday night is no longer a special game, or a showcase game

that is now sunday night football

move along.......

This is a stupid arguement. Houston is in a bigger market then San Diego. Houston has a huge fan base
