Does anyone listen to and/or like Hacksaw?

Exactly. I can't stand the fact that he has a gimmick rather than just talking like a normal person. That is why I like Darren Smith, he is just an intelligent person without the lame 80's shtick

The only good part about Hacksaw's show is the first 15 of his show because it is informative and its sports news that any listener regardless of show preference would listen to. He also takes way more phone calls than any other show I've ever heard. And 1360 does not always get a good signal. The 1090 signal is strong and u can hear it in several counties. Hacksaw is 90% full of crap tho..he created b.s. to get attention and he constantly chokes on his words. Scott is a bum also. The guy is a wannabee Howard Stern and does a horrible job at it. I thought Darren and Philly Billy were the perfect pair...but Billy was so full of it also.

Agreed...Kaplan is unlistenable. They should get David Wells to do the show with Billy Ray Smith...at least he knows his stuff and doesn't have to go out of his way to be funny. Half of what Kaplan babbles about has nothing to do with the show to begin with.

Honestly, you can't sell Hacksaw short. San Diego is a major market and he's on in the afternoon drive time which is the 2nd biggest part of the day for advertisers.

I personally think that Darren Smith does a better show than Hacksaw but ratings don't lie. Some of the ratings come from more listeners being on the road at that time, but if he was truly horrible, he'd be gone.

That is the same time slot the Bleacher Bums were on. So time slot has nothing to do with talent. They didn't get canned until Jordan said something really ridiculous about LT. Had he not said that, they would still probably be on

Hamilton, Hacksaw...whatever that dude's name is....the worst....Acee said it best..."He's the National Inquirer of radio"....I can't believe the radio station keeps him on...total farce.
Even Darren Smith sucks...his ego is very difficult to stand sometimes. I listen to 1360 in the afternoon with Josh & Jeff...but seriously will be going back to music radio until around June-July when Training Camp approaches....once football season ends, sports radio for me ends....

No, I listen to The Drive with Josh and Jeff. Although Hamilton is better than those scrubs Jordan and Earl, Earl and Jordan. I'm glad they're gone!
