RGIII's team has better talent on O than Luck's team (assuming Colts take Luck). If they run a system he's comfortable with RGIII will do better than Luck to start with. Long term it's more difficult to say. Given the right tools both Qbs should be a huge success baring injuries.

Luck has a chance to be a good QB in the vein of Brady or Manning.

RGIII could potentially be a trancedent QB.

What is more likely? I don't know, it really depends on what their respective teams do to help them.

It all depends on where each QB ends up? We have our ideas but they haven't actually signed yet, so I'll off hold on my prediction.
