RGIII's team has better talent on O than Luck's team (assuming Colts take Luck). If they run a system he's comfortable with RGIII will do better than Luck to start with. Long term it's more difficult to say. Given the right tools both Qbs should be a huge success baring injuries.

Luck has a chance to be a good QB in the vein of Brady or Manning.
RGIII could potentially be a trancedent QB. What is more likely? I don't know, it really depends on what their respective teams do to help them. |

It all depends on where each QB ends up? We have our ideas but they haven't actually signed yet, so I'll off hold on my prediction.
