Sigh, there was a time when Rivers had the best 4th quarter passer rating in the NFL. Now it seems like it was eons ago.

Also passer rating is one of the most inconsequential indicators of a qb's performance. Going by passer rating alone River's is barely better than Kolb.

TQBR is a far more subjective and sketchy ranking system.

The win-loss record is not a measure of qb performance. It is a measure of team performance. What a qb can do to help his team win is measured in the passer rating.
