The average corner doesn't tackle well regardless and Milliner is physical just needs better form. There aren't many Jammers and Winfields out there.

Unless they are a liability like Cro, I'd rather have a corner who is known for their coverage than their tackling anyways.

Against LSU, his tackling looked fine to me. I agree, way more aggressive than Cromartie.

With corners becoming more and more lanky, it'll be tougher for them to make tackles- especially on RB's and TE's.
The first thing I'd want in a corner is the ability to cover, then tackling second. If they're a true shutdown corner (meaning elite cover skills), I'll take that over weak tackling. Corners usually get ran over and aren't known for tackling anyway, all that matters is they at least try. Prime example is Richard Sherman. |

Schiano left a few really good defenders in his wake at Rutgers. In addition to Khaseem Greene, Logan Ryan (#11, cornerback) has been playing really well.
His best game this year was against his best opponent (Arkansas) and we will get to see him against Pitt's decent duo of receivers in 2 weeks. The biggest test will definitely be the final game of the regular season against Teddy Bridgewater and the Louisville passing attack. If he has good showings in those games, he could really lock into the top three rounds. Color me interested.

Count me as believer in Johnny Football. I just don't think there's any chance the Chargers could be in a position to draft him. We'd have to fall apart next year if he even chooses to declare.

Johnny Football shouldn't declare early. Considering he is 6'0 at best, it wouldn't be very wise.
