I listen to mainly bands that have radio play. Although we have a really good radio station for hearing new bands.

Last week i posted a Macklemore song on FB saying why are songs like this not on the radio. 2 days later one of his songs made it into the Top 10 on the radio station, although it's a song i don't really like. Hmm actually it's right up your alley NM, you probably know it.

Swimming is one thing i'd like to be a lot better at, athletically. I think i'd enjoy swimming laps more than running laps.

I'm about 30 mins by public transport from the beach. 15 minute drive. There's a pool just a 10 minute walk away though. Got renovated for a few years. Pretty nice now. Used to be really crappy.
Do not worry about it. Just go to swim and chill. Maybe easier said than done but you will get it after a while. try going swimming after a work out, that may help. I would go to the beach to develop your swimming style. Go under water and hold your breath to be more comfortable with sinking. Try swimming half the length of the pool under water. Swimming has a lot of innate motivation that can bring out the swimmer in us.

When your La's are off you're in trouble. It reminds me of a song though, the La part and the part after it. The La's sound like Everlasting Love.
