Default No andy reid
We need to fire Norv Turner but I heard a rumor they want to replace with Andy Reid. Totally agreed with coach poll that was taken. Could use a young energetic coach who knows how to use our talent to WIN!! If they replace Norv with Andy Reid, I was no longer be a Charger Fan. Won't go to games, or even watch games. Would ruin all my love all these years for the Chargers. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT HIRE REID!!!

lol I hope they don't hire Andy Reid. Really I think this era is in more dire need of the right HC than when they fired Marty, and when they fired Marty they were on the cusp of a SB or two in my opinion. Of course we know what happened then, and if we simply hire another underwhelming candidate I figure the Chargers do end up leaving SD because of a lack of optimism from fans (which wouldn't exactly be unwarranted in my opinion).

Any of the mentioned coaches would be a better choice over Norv. That being said unless Spanos changes how the organization is run none of those coaches would even consider taking the job. In order to make a difference in this team they would need to get rid of AJ as well.

This team needs to be nuked and start from scratch with people with a winning attitude.
