Norv should not take the blame for our $90+ million QB playing the way he has the last two years.
Why did Rivers regress SO much after getting paid!?!?! Just joking about keepin Norv - but not every loss is on him and sometimes I think he is used as the scapegoat. Rivers should not be exempt from being called on on continually making poor decisions.

Rivers renewal wasn't in the last 2 years... that's bending the truth.

That pretty much tells us what we already have seen, but having numbers to it does give it a cred boost! We have been forced to pass a lot more, which opens up a can of worms considering we have serious OL issues...

That was the team that Marty built. Well ok even counting that cause the loss of talent would be AJ not Norv. But his whole SD career what has he done to make you say we need to keep Norv?

Yea Norv has done nothing to make me want to keep him around. Rivers has at least shown potential to still be a good QB, and good QBs can be hard to come by. Get him a better o-line so he can step into throws, don't have him rolling out of the pocket, and give him a coach who will coach him better to fix mistakes and call plays that work to his strengths and he should do better. Maybe even draft a QB early to give him some competition so he feels he needs to step his game up.

I think you meant to say fire Norv and keep Rivers.
