Lakers came up short last night in the end. What a game though vs. the 6-1 Spurs. Trading leads, slowing down their playmakers, etc. The mistakes came back to bite the Lakers in the last seconds. Will D'Antoni and Nash be the necessary factors missing for success??

After watching Morris and seeing how minutes were allotted, the answer would seem to be yes.

Nash will make Pau and Dwight a LOT more effective.

I'll keep laughing as people write the Lakers off...they will be there at the end.

D'antoni's gonna open up this offense but likely at the expense the defense not clamping down in half court. Should be fun to watch though.

I agree. This team gets better every night and Mike D will only help. I hope they keep Bickerstaff on and the defense continues to get better.
