No I don't think so, I think the dissension in the ranks is caused due to differing opinions on the cause of the downfall of the team. In in turn the way to fix the team.

You have fire AJ now people, and Norv at the end of season.
You have people that want to keep AJ. And just want to fire Norv.
You have people that want to keep Aj and Norv, they are few now.
Let's not even get into the fans that want to lose for change, and the ones that want to win.

the differing opinions on this board are what keeps it alive, I know none of the mods or any other fan is happy at this point.

This board could use a lot of understanding, you have the right to your opinions, just not the right to think everyone should see your opinions as right.

Very well stated. In addition, you have the people that wanted to see Norv and or AJ replaced afted last year and were disappointed that Dean made the decsion to bring them back.

Why couldn't the chargers have just won a few for us so we could all pretend to still care about this team. I'm just ready for next year and hoping we can have a team to get excited about again....

I still love this team. I have given up on this season because our online play isn't going to get any better this year. And without good line play our skill players look less skillful. I still hold a glimmer of hope for a wildcard berth. Do I dare say, "I see a GLEAM?!?!?!"

I love they team too but this year is over. I just pray next year it's not more of the same!
