Norv isn't going to want to waste his time with a QB who can't throw. For all the crap us fans give him, Norv still has a ton of respect in the league and can easily get a better job then NYJ OC.

I really wouldn't be shocked if he ends up in Baltimore. Cam isn't exactly great, and Norv is easily an upgrade over him on OC.

Norv should go to Chicago. With that defense he would make them a scary team

true, but we were still top 5 scoring all those years. Imagine if we got the redzone fixed. wed be first every year.

It is a good fit, Cutler is the kind of QB that would do well in an Air Coryell offense.

14 years as head coach and Zero Super Bowl wins are all I need to know about Andy Reid. Reid strikes me as guy who needs to take some time off of coaching. I cant think of many coaches who would be a worse hire for this team then Andy Reid.

Its' really funny how we have similar circumstances as the Jets, and Eagles, so there may actually be some swapping of coaches, like the Jets maybe interested in Norv as OC. I started thinking that even though AJ should def go, and the sooner the better, this team plays hard for Norv, event though they still struggle. Maybe the Chargers should keep Norv as OC, or another role wit the organization, because not only do the players like him, he does have some skills, so why should we let another team have him help them? Just some thoughts.

Norv could succeed somewhere as an OC. Much like Wade is doing as a DC again. Like Rex Ryan will do as a DC when the Jets fire him. So on and so forth. These are guys who are clearly suited to be coordinators. Much like the Buddy Ryans and Marty Shottenheimers. We wasted 5 years to find this out. Imagine if we had ??? as a HC. Wade as DC and Norv as OC? We'd be really good.

So all that effort convincing me that the offense was the real reason we sucked last year was all for naught?
