Probably because he sucks at bringing them along. Which leads to the question is the product below average to begin with or does Norv just suck at bringing youngsters along? Common thought is Norv is better with a veteran team.

IIRC we have the 2nd oldest roster in the NFL...and we are awful.

So my thought is that he just is not a good HC.

Wow, that's sad. I totally see a purge next year then and go the younger route and bite the bullet for a year or two

Are you kidding me? The chargers are 4-7 and barring a legendary win streak, they aren't going anywhere. Lynch is a solid Special Teamer but a pretty terrible safety. It'd be nice to see what Taylor can do right now.

I agree.

Norv doesn't care though, he knows he's likely gone unless he pulls out a miracle.
