You are making a joke, but you are also dead on correct. McGahee got hurt playing against us. They decided Hester was the best RB available. I think he sucked here, BUT behind Denver's OL, he may increase his performance.

Wouldn't shock me.

Hester was always pretty good for us. Not great. It's a good pickup after injuries. Good depth with him.

its a solid signing.... not much out there to begin with...

Hester will get opportunitues in short yardage but will largely play fullback and pass protection with occassional dump passes...

he's far from spectacular but he's better than Lance Ball who is about as useless a tailback in the league...
