Sorry that the guy isn't going to be a clown anymore, but to say that his rights were being infringed is a bit over the top.

If dressing up as a fireman at Jets game was important to him then beingmade fun of shouldn't stop him.

But on the flip side of the debate, you were championing for the rights of the other fans. They have the right to free speech, and freedom of expression! They should be able to do and say what they want! This is America!

Not really, Ed is obnoxious. He feels he should be the leader of all these fans and more entitled. Dude's not even a true Jets fan. Used to be a Dolphins fan. He assaulted a guy because his stupid chant was interrupted. Good riddance.

It seems like Ed has enjoyed all the same rights (and perhaps demanded more). In the marketplace of ideas that is America and, in this case, MetLife Stadium, Fireman Ed's message is no longer popular.
