Wait a minute. What are you trying to say here? That if a head coach has better talent on his team, it gives the team a better chance of winning?

So all we have to do is get Norv a team full of All-Pro's, and we'll be set!

You're right. Probably why we lost. We definitely would win with 14 All Pros.

The Eagles have been the most talented team in the NFL for the past 3 seasons and have done nothing. You know why????? Because the heart and soul of the team, Jim Johnson passed away and Reid has been lost and clueless ever since. Reid is only a great offensive HC when he has a D to bail him out
