Probably when Royal started missing practices, Rivers was throwing picks on passes to Meachem and Gaither got injured.... and I remembered Cason and Clary were still starting....

norvs first year was on marty tail coat. it was what marty built. norv slowly brought the team down to where it is now. Maybe if we kept marty he might have done no better? But worse? come on, how worse could it be ? than it is now?

Browns game. That was the most pitiful display of Charger football I can remember. You get humiliated in front of the whole country, at home, by your division rival....have 2 weeks to gameplan.....nd bounce back by putting 6 points on the Browns. No more explanation necessary.

I just can't believe it's December 8 and the last time we beat a team not named the Chiefs was September 16. It's almost impossible to not accidentally win a game in that span (not counting KC of course).

It was not Norv that cursed the team, it was AJ. Yes Marty made LT better by giving him 350+ touches and teaching him that he will have many short yrd, but the odds are he will break many for big gains. When you stack the box that much to stop LT you will have many WR open and that is what made Gates great.

AJ and Norv would have been gone a long time ago if LT was not part of the Chargers. That a fact.
