Report so far was it was just a knee sprain, he said he's hurt his MCL before and it doesn't feel like that. Still going to test it though.

Ouch that looked painful. I had a hyper extension jumping up and coming down in a mud puddle playing catch with my son. First time my son seen "me" cry. My ankle looked like Dumbo's.

Robert Griffin III escaped serious knee damage as an MRI conducted after Sunday's 31-28 overtime victory over the Baltimore Ravens showed the Washington Redskins’ rookie quarterback suffered a sprain, team spokesman Tony Wyllie announced.
By medical definition, a sprained knee means that Griffin has some damage in at least one of the several ligaments in his knee. Wyllie said coach Mike Shanahan will give more information about Griffin's status Monday.
