ETA: Jim Caldwell promoted. I can't say that I am surprised that this came down. Ray Rice is one of the top running backs in the league, and Flacco is a marginal QB at best. If Norv is still our HC then bringing Cam in as OC would be a good thing. If Norv is gone then all bets are off. The new HC will probably want to bring in his guy. There is the possibilty that the HC we hire should Norv be let go will come from the defensive ranks (a DC). In that case bringing in Cam may be a good idea since he knows our offense and in that case we probably will not be changing it anytime soon.
