Head coach, Offensive coordinator, OL coach, strength and conditioning coach, training staff, etc. are the highest priority.
After that we need some new blood on OL. I'd start with the best center available- either FA or draft. We need a solid prospect at OT from the draft but not necessarily a starter. Our current roster could have been a lot better than they looked with better physical training, position training and overall coaching.

I think Alexander deserves a similar deal to the oft-injured Floyd. I know its been one year, but Rivers clearly does better with taller guys like Gates, Floyd, Jackson and now Alexander. Vasquez being the best lineman says a lot about the state of our O line. You're pretty much letting everyone on the O line walk, not that I blame you. I'd let Goodman walk. What CBs are there in FA that we can let Cason walk? I agree with everything else.

Alexander is a RFA I believe. So we don't really have to worry about him.

As for free agents corners who I would take over Cason:

Is Nmadi really just a by-stander in the Eagles blow-up extravaganza, or has he lost it in the last two years? Dunta would be a great addition if they could make it happen.

I'm thinking more like Derek Cox. Young and underrated. Has never played behind any kind of pass rush and should come cheaper than some of the top notchers.

Living in Philadelphia and hearing from fans that watch him every game, it's 2nd hand info so take it for what it's worth, but they say he's been consistently bad for 2 years.

We’ve got Ed McGuire ( if he‘s here next year ), that handles our cap space, he’s one of the best if not the best in the NFL. If we let go of Spikes 3M, Clary 4M, Garay 3.5M, Jammer 4M and Phillips 4.4M, we have 18.9M in cap space, with the two Mil. We had on Nov. 1 this gives us 20.9 cape space. I don’t want to wind up with players that replace them having sub par talent, compared to what we have now. There is a lot of water that has to flow under the bridge before the season starts next year.
