After reflecting on today's performance, and comparing it to previous seasons, i came to the solution to the Chargers poor play:
Take 2-3 regular starters each week, and kidnap them. Force the Chargers to play with guys they dont know well, havent played alot with and dont have any chemistry......then voila games will be won.

I believe its because these guys are essentially given a second chance in the NFL because no other team will sign them... They play well and with all they got for a few weeks, then injuries and mediocrity set back in.

I was thinking the same thing. Oline was interesting to watch yesterday, there were times where you could tell their skill was just over matched, then others where you could just tell these guys, who may be getting their one and only chance to start in the NFL, were fighting tooth and nail to prove their worth. Nice to see unfortunately fleeting.
