Bruce Arian has shown that he can coach an NFL. A lot of the others on the list are good prospects (like the college coaches) but Arian has produced a huge turn around in Indy. I think he'd be #1 on my list. Like you, I sure hope whoever they sign will want to keep Pagano and Bissacia.

However, I hasten to admit that was one of the people hoping for Singletarry when they replaced Marty .......... so what do I know?!

The Colts are -32 in point differential this season. Over the last 20 seasons, teams with that kind of differential at this point in the season were 5-8 on average. The Colts have just found a way to win close games. They're 8-1 in one score affairs. Would anyone be clamoring for Arians if the Colts were 5-8?

No, but they aren't 5-8 and winning close games is something the Chargers haven't been able to do with any consistency for a few years. They also have Manusky.
