To the OP...you would want to see improvement...simple...same results next year with a new head coach is not acceptible...so likely a playoff birth woud be a necessity...not sure a win is though...

If Norv can playcall like the Pittsburgh game,
I think that he has a better chance of getting the chargers not only to the playoffs, but also a playoff win than 95% of any of his potential replacements.

I doubt norv if given the chance goes worse than 8-8 next season.

Completely disagree...this is the same thing we heard last year. If you do not think the right HC/GM combo cannot make drastic changes, please see what is going on with 9ers and Colts...

I hate Norv, AJ, & Kaeding with a passion but 0-16 is a bit of a stretch since that never happened under Norv and if we do that then we somehow got a worse coach than Norv if that is even possible
