But the reason for his struggles have been physical (his knees). That's why it hasn't really mattered that it's a contract year for him.

Also the dolphins implemented a zone blocking scheme which he didn't really fit. I'd stay away from him, because we'd barely even be able to sign him anyways.

Jake Long's only football playing brother already plays for the Steelers.

Draft him from the Steelers?

our Cap sistuation next year is going to have us underpressure in Free Agency. We are going to have to try and sign luis and we need a corner. We have numerous URFA that are going to be signed and we will need to sign at least 20-25 players in the off season.

Signing an declining LT for 8-9 million p/y while having gaither earning 6m is not going to work. In FA somebody will pay over the top and that will be the end of it

I'm cool with signing Jake Long, but wouldn't want to break the bank. I'd likely prefer Brandon Albert. I would love adding an OLT like Albert or Long and selecting ORT tackle in the second round.
