Haven't read all 20 pages so this may have already been brought up, but do you all think that the Telesco hiring increases the chances of Pagano staying? I am hopeful that Tom's ties with Chuck P. result in him keeping John around.

Thoughts?

He pretty much said it would depend on the new HC, he would get to bring in his choices of assistants.

I thought I would head over to a Colts' message board I've interacted with, here's what they think about Telesco:

Some interesting points, they're mixed on hoping Norv will come there to be OC.

Pretty universal love for Telesco and just a tad less for Arians.

Odds are good that John Pagano stays a Charger but... HC comes first. I don't know if we'll make the hire conditional on keeping Pags.

my biggest worry about Tom is that he tries to re-create the colts style of Football here. I was never a big fan of how they went about defense, with smaller faster guys. Also, there are worries that a team with the greatest QB to ever play the position only walked away with one Superbowl.

However ,its a breath of fresh air from AJ
