The next coach has a lot of work to do-Norv was just saying what we all know even though it hurts. It may be a year or two of rebuilding before this "New Era" of Chargers football bears the fruit of postseason success.

I wish Norval Eugene Turner the best.
Just about everyone agreed with Norv's assesment. Now it is nice to pretend that we don't need a lot of pieces. The fact is we do. AJ Smith really screwed us over honestly. Not even signing guys to long term like Vasq.

WE didn't really need another DL we needed another tackle. Smith's love affair with Clary was bizzare.

Norv is a good OC, you can disagree but evidence and experts show it. The Browns will be a better team offensivly with they have both Chud and Norv and next year if that is the case I will be proven right.

Meanwhile, there are reports former San Diego Chargers head coach Nor Turner may end up with the Cleveland Browns. The Browns just hired Rob Chudzinski. Until last year, he was one of Turner’s top assistants in San Diego. Chudzinski is reportedly bringing Turner’s son, Scott, with him from Carolina to Cleveland. At this point of his career, I can see Turner wanting to work with people he is comfortable with.

Norv, the offensive genius? Na! My 12 year old son was predicting his play calling this season as were many defensive coordinators. Cam Cameron was better in my opinion. With Cam it was step on the pedal til you score 50 points. Bring back Cam as O.C.

Cool

i hear they're gonna bring norf in as a camp-counselor type to have campfire meetings with players about their feelings, complete with s'mores and apple juice.

Norv got himself a nice low pressure position on a perennial non contender. I am actually shocked he didnt get picked up by a better team

Hey, good for Norv and good for Cleveland. I think they got one of the best OC's in football. The bonus is they got an asst. HC to to help out. I wish Norv well unless he plays us.
