What does Cody have to do with Warmack?

The teams drafting after us don't have a strong need for a QB but those before us sure do. I hope the top QBs look impressive and that we see a couple QBs taken ahead of us in the 1st and 2nd rounds. If so, we could maybe see Star, Milliner and/or Fisher fall to us at #11. That said, free agency movement will likely vastly change teams' draft needs.
From Telesco's interviews, it doesn't seem like we will be big players in free agency.

Doesn't mean we wont get a starter or two to fill spots, we're just not going to make any splash moves. It'll be the same as most other years..

Yeah, I agree. It may not be verbatim, but he said something like "if the money and skills match, along with the need, then we would use FA as another means to augment our player acquisition.

Check out what Telesco and Colts GM did last season:
Cut long time starters: Dallas Clark, Peyton Manning, Melvin Bullitt, Gary Bracket & Joseph Addai.
Lost in free agency: Saturday, Garcon,
Resigned: Mathis and Wayne.
Signed in Free Agency: McGlynn (starting RG), Cory Redding (starting DE), Tom Zbikowski (starting SS), Donnie Avery (starting WR)
Traded for: Winston Justice (starting RT), Vontae Davis (CB)

They traded away many players and let many free agents walk away. They did sign some FAs who have become starters. 6 of the vet players they acquired have been healthy and started many games for them.

Free agency will change draft needs...even if we're small players in it. The bottom line is that CB will be a much bigger need for us if Jammer and Cason both don't return.

As for Warmack, it wouldn't make sense for us if we signed Levitre in free agency. That said, especially if we lose Green and Vasquez in free agency.

Can't see us losing Vas he's the best OL we have next to Nick.

He's the best Oline period. Hardwick is really falling off a cliff.

I would take Warmack if neither Fisher, Werner or Jarvis Jones were at #11.

Fisher will be there, he's not a top 10 player. Eventhough there are several teams with desperate need at LT, i doubt any of them will reach for Fisher within the top 15.
