As for Gruden, I'm not impressed with the guy. Telesco can talk to him, but I hope he decides to go in a different direction.

I guess I just want one HC who will give Rivers 100% opportunity to redeem himself. Norv was an offensive genius who had good relations with 17. The problem was he wasn't a disciplinarian to take care of the other issues ( and AJ took away all his bullets) but I digress. Rivers is immobile and that limits our ability to make things happen when the pocket collapses. So we need OLine help and BIG receivers to go up and absorb Rivers missiles. Phil gets one more at bat here.
