I find it hard to believe that in the day and age we are living in, he never even Skyped with the "love of his life"

He never saw "the love of his life" in person, over skype, didn't go to the hospital when she was sick, didn't go to her funeral....LIAR

But apparently, Brian Te'o says she and Te'o had the same vacations and would meet in Hawaii!!!!

Sure they would. That's why there are so many pictures of them in the tabloids etc. He can put this all the rest by just showing a picture of them together.

Notre Dame also put out a stat that he only missed 2 tackles in the entire regular season (which has been quoted often by his biggest supporters). Then Deadspin throws up 5 photos from this season of him missing tackles.

Mel Kiper was on ESPN LA radio a little while ago.

His take? This will hurt Manti's perception in the short term; he will be crucified in the media for a little while, and then Kiper would still take him in the 1st round. (He implied that GMs, too, will look at him late in first round).

Yeah... I've heard both reactions. That it both will and won't hurt him. I don't think any assessment right now mean anything since we haven't begun to get to the bottom of this. And it's pretty much unprecedented.

Everyone needs to reserve judgment on this man. Have you ever even seen the movie Catfish? People do this type of prank all the time. Now with the quick degeneration of our society things like this take place DAILY by the thousands but most victims are too embarrassed to bring it up. I know of at least 3 people this has happened to in the past year.

I think if its true it will hurt him a lot. however if its truly a hoax them it shouldn't effect much.
